Get a pencil, and some paper.

可以用a piece/sheet of 或 N/several + pieces/sheets of

例如~ Please give me two pieces of paper.

• based on my limited understanding about English.
Paper is uncountable noun and also it depends on under what con that this sentence is being used.

also, the other grammartical thing that I found while looking at the sentence is the ","
i personally think that
get a pencil and some paper.
