看地圖，怎麼用英文giving directions??(有貼圖)

從best  hotel  要走到  Spring  Tea  House 
要怎麼說呢??有幾種講話丫???

我自己是說
1.
Walk  down  2nd  street  to  Pine  Road  ,and  turn  right  and  then  go  straight  ,after  you  pass  1st  street  You  will  see  Spring  Tea  House  ,It`s  between  Chen`s  Books  and  Paco`s  Coffee

2.
Walk  down  2nd  street  and  turn  right  on  Lily  Road  and  turn  left  on  1st  street  ,and  then  turn  right  on  Pine  Road,  you  will  see  Spring  Tea  House  on  your  left  side  ,just  next  to  Paco`s  Coffee

請問寫法有錯嗎?還是有哪�需要修正的呢???
