我現在想知道的是GMAT裡的正確答案

下面哪各是對的

1a)  My  father  is  taller  than  she.
1b)  My  father  is  taller  than  her.

我知道我們講都是講1b
可是最正式的文法是把than當作conjuction,所以1a才是對的
可是有些文法家對把than當作preposition,所以1b也可以
稿的我亂七八糟..
所以..  GMAT的正確答案是哪一個阿?

順道一問,以下哪各是gmat  style對的,可以解釋一下嘛?  (我實在混亂了)

2a)  It  is  she
2b)  It  is  her

3a)  The  only  students  in  the  cafe  were  Jayden  and  I
3b)  The  only  students  in  the  cafe  were  Jayden  and  me
