把這個句子拆成這樣:

第一個and  是連接  recommended  與  suggested,  也就是主詞做了這兩個動作.

第一個between指的是在每季的分配量"之間"所產生的差異.

第二個between是指主詞與FSMs"之間"的sales每季分配量的預測
    and    suggested    how    differences    between    the    quarterly    distribution    of    sales    volume    between    their    forecast    and    those    of    the    FSMs    might    be    resolved.

我覺得第一個between好像不用太理他耶  就是

sf部門要看fsms部門制訂好的銷售活動  根據這個來編列一個預算
還要針對介於一季銷售後的結算結果與sf所做出的預測之間出現的差異點提出來決解
就是要探討為啥sf所評估預算會不夠周延吧
例如：sf預測預算要100  結果他們多估了  結果成本比紅利還多之類的

"介於"←第1個between
"與"←第2個between

應該是這樣吧

這個原句寫得不好，有以下問題:
1.  首句的代名詞their無詞可代，指涉不清
2.  首句Based  on...，犯了dangling(脫節)的錯誤
3.  distribution有流通和分配兩種意思，若非公司內部的人員，無從判定其意思。
4.第一個between後沒接複數名詞，也沒接and，明顯文法錯誤
5.  suggest本身已經是帶有假設語氣，助動詞may不該改成假設語氣的might.
