Hermes / URGENT! choosing BIRKIN colour!

if  i  were  you,  i`d  choose  the  white  with  silver.    White  goes  seamlessly  with  most  colors  you`d  choose  for  any  occasion  -  from  evening  gowns  to  t-shirt  &  jeans.

yes  i  know  that,  white  is  so  beautiful  and  i  reli  love  it,  thats  y  i  have  so  many  bags  in  white...>_<...like  chanel  cambon,  coco,  and  balenciaga....it  reli  goes  well  with  everything!  but  im  thinking  if  i  need  something  different  this  time?  wot  do  you  think?  if  u  r  me,  will  u  still  buy  a  white  birkin?

^^  actually,  i  like  both  of  them...both  of  them  r  classic,  and  red  with  gold  is  so  special...i  just  couldnt  make  my  mind.....i  dont  have  any  bag  in  red,  while  i  have  a  lot  of  white  ones.....so  not  sure  if  i  should  go  for  the  red  for  my  first  birkin...altho  my  current  thought  is  -  go  for  the  red!!!

thanks  for  ur  information,  i  heard  fr  the  sales  saying  that  for  white  birkin,  u  have  to  send  bk  to  paris  once  a  yr  cuz  its  v  v  easy  to  get  dirty...they  r  gonna  clean  it  for  u,  etc.  is  it  the  same  thing  u  r  talking  abt??i  will  double  check  with  their  sales  this  wkd....

i`ve  been  to  hermes  yesterday  to  check  out  the  colour,  and  i  love  both  the  Vermillion  and  the  Rouge  Garance.  Vermillion  is  kind  of  orange  red  right?  i  saw  ur  red  birkin  on  the  other  topic,  its  gorgeous!!!  which  colour  and  leather  is  it?  its  indeed  v  v  nice....u`ve  got  a  good  taste!

thx  for  ur  advice,  blue  jeans  is  indeed  a  very  nice  colour,  and  it  is  one  of  the  colours  in  my  birkin  plan.  but  say  for  my  first  birkin,  i  think  im  gonna  go  for  the  red...^O^...

btw,  if  im  always  wearing  clothes  in  blank,  white,  red,  purple  and  grey  etc,  can  blue  jean  go  well  with  them?  >_<  i  never  have  bag  in  blue  so  was  just  wondering...

i  have  been  told  that  the  red  colours  available  for  this  yr  r  Vermillion  and  Rouge  Garance.  i  think  i  prefer  the  Vermillion  which  is  v  bright,  but  should  i  choose  gold  or  silver  to  go  with  it?  and  does  togo  look  good  in  30cm?  is  it  possible  for  you  to  give  me  some  advice?

btw,  is  ur  red  bag  in  Vermillion?  and  is  it  with  silver?

Hey  everyone,

Finally,  I  have  placed  my  order  -  30cm  birkin  in  Rouge  Garance  in  Togo  with  gold  hardware,  and  it  will  be  coming  around  the  end  of  this  yr!  ^__^  so  happy  now~~~

Start  reporting...boutiques  in  Sloane  St  and  Harroad`s  have  their  list  open  on  this  Monday,  v  v  suddently...and  there  was  a  v  v  long  queue...i  went  to  Sloane  St  around  2pm,  most  of  the  birkins  have  gone...and  by  6pm,  last  birkin  at  harroad`s  has  gone...T.T...im  still  not  too  sure  when  Bond  St  gonna  open  it,  and  i  dont  think  there  will  be  an  exact  combination  of  colour,  size  and  leather  etc  as  wot  i  want,  so  i  placed  the  order  with  my  sales...but  it  is  not  fr  the  list.

i  think  UK  is  doing  the  same  thing  as  wot  `hermesbirkin`  said  on  the  other  topic.  each  boutique  will  go  to  paris  to  buy  certain  amount  of  birkins  and  kellys  every  yr,  which  is  wot  we  called  the  list(new  system)...they  will  open  the  list  some  day  and  will  first-come-first-serve.  you  will  definitely  receive  the  one  u  order  in  half  yr`s  time  once  you  have  put  down  ur  name  on  the  list,  but  one  thing  i  dont  like  is  that  all  the  bags  on  the  list  are  already  in  combination...and  you  cant  change  anything,  eg  from  gold  hardware  to  silver  etc...>_<...

anyway,  thx  paopao愛toby,  thank  you  so  much  for  explaining  all  the  colour  and  leather  for  me...they  are  all  indeed  v  helpful!

actually...i  have  decided  to  order  a  white  togo  birkin  with  silver  hardware  next  month,  my  sales  said  she  could  drop  my  order  on  the  list  and  should  be  able  to  get  it  next  yr~~~
