如同前面幾位水水說的，那種職缺工時長，所以才不敢放在人力銀行啊…一整個讓人很黑線的地方，是該組長表示雖然薪水少但該工作穩定…是說這麼長的時數，正常人誰會去跟你搶啊，完全不想吐糟那位組長了，而且還是直強調該公司會有額外獎金那種，重點是不可能每月都有獎金吧，還是看積效才給，誠品的禮券，如果要用生命時間來換的話，說真的來這邊上班，還不如去進修比較實在，至少還沒這麼操又沒把你當人看。

說真的出版業真得不是人待的，錢少制度多，<br /> 我有個朋友也在某大雜誌工作，常要加班跑報表，壓力大到滿臉痘，<br /> 但他雖一直說不做，但還是一真在做!呵呵!!

流通業是微利，薪資是成本，老闆能省則省。工時太長，這樣即使以後想進修，為換到更好的領域也難。<br /> <br /> 工時長，如果薪水高也罷了，為了人生第一桶金。要先有些籌碼才可以規劃以後。<br /> <br /> 這份工作人員異動率一定很高，去的人應急而已，難免騎驢找馬。<br /> <br />

這種狀況真的會讓人很不舒服<br />對方其實也很笨<br />因為這樣半強迫的方式<br />其實你們也不會接受<br />何必浪費彼此的時間呢?

這也太血汗了吧！<br /> <br /> 如果以這樣的工時來說，至少應該是做二休一的彈性工時<br /> 不然每月總時數都超過勞基法規定了<br /> <br /> 連誠品這樣的規模都只能開出這樣的職缺<br /> 可以想像台灣的人力資源被貶低到什麼程度
