IS  PRINGLE  THE  NEW  GUCCI? 
 
THE  search  for  Pringle`s  new  creative  director  is  over.  Clare  Waight  Keller  will  shortly  take  over  the  position  following  the  resignation  of  Stuart  Stockdale  from  the  British  label  in  May.  Keller,  who  has  a  BA  in  fashion  and  textiles  from  Central  Saint  Martins  and  an  MA  in  fashion  knitwear  from  the  Royal  College  of  Art,  began  her  career  at  Calvin  Klein  before  moving  to  Ralph  Lauren  and  then  to  Gucci  when  Tom  Ford  headhunted  her  in  2000  to  work  on  the  design  team  at  Gucci.  The  London-based  mother  of  twin  two-year-old  girls,  34-year-old  Keller  will  be  joined  on  the  Pringle  team  by  another  of  the  Gucci  team,  Simona  Ciacchi,  who  has  just  been  named  as  the  label`s  new  accessories  designer.  "Clare  has  an  excellent  track  record  in  luxury  design  for  both  Italian  and  American  brands,"  said  Pringle`s  chief  executive  Kim  Winser,  who  was  keen  to  find  a  star  designer  in  time  for  the  label`s  190th  birthday  celebrations  in  September.  "She  has  strong  experience  with  both  women`s  and  men`s  collections,  which  is  vital  for  Pringle.  This,  together  with  her  amazing  passion  for  knitwear,  has  made  her  the  perfect  choice  for  Pringle  of  Scotland`s  continue  international  development."  Pringle  was  founded  in  1815  by  Robert  Pringle.  (July  28  20005,  AM)

沒想到先前自己無意提到拉斐爾前派
這裡居然有人就是唸這個的
呵呵~真的很巧~
說到這個,我也最欣賞米雷
涉獵不深  ,  但看過他們幾位畫家的作品
我覺得他筆下的人物很美形
整體細節很精細~(沒看過大幅的,可能感受會更深)
另外一個畫家waterhouse(?)感覺有點類似米雷...
上次看書上是說米雷給予這派別的影響頗大
(如有記錯請指正囉~) 
而羅塞蒂畫的女人  ,  不知為何總覺得長得很像男人
不過  ,  辨識度很高  ,  很容易看出就是他的作品

也感謝Luxe早先於前個話題的回答與分享~~
而raf  simons的秀場音樂沒想到又有hero這個字
之前他與某個攝影師合作的攝影集名也是有這個字

Jennifer  Aniston  reveals  fury,  pain  and  even  sarcasm  –  as  well  as  forgiveness  –  in  her  first  interview  since  her  January  separation  from  her  husband  of  4  1/2  years,  Brad  Pitt. 

In  a  story  titled  "Jen  Finally  Talks!  (And  talks  and  talks.  And  cries.  And  talks....)"  for  September`s  Vanity  Fair  magazine,  the  former  "Friends"  star  declares:  "Am  I  lonely?  Yes.  Am  I  upset?  Yes.  Am  I  confused?  Yes.  Do  I  have  my  days  when  I`ve  thrown  a  little  pity  party  for  myself?  Absolutely.  But  I`m  also  doing  really  well." 

Aniston,  who  filed  for  divorce  in  March,  speaks  out  about  erroneous  reports  claiming  she  didn`t  want  to  start  a  family  with  Brad  ("I`ve  never  in  my  life  said  I  didn`t  want  to  have  children.  I  did,  and  I  do,  and  I  will!")  and  she  gives  her  reaction  to  seeing  published  photos  of  her  estranged  husband  frolicking  with  his  Mr.  &  Mrs.  Smith  costar,  Angelina  Jolie. 

"The  world  was  shocked,  and  I  was  shocked,"  says  Aniston,  36.  "I`d  be  a  robot  if  I  said  I  didn`t  feel  moments  of  anger,  of  hurt,  of  embarrassment."  As  for  the  shots  of  Pitt  and  Jolie  playing  with  her  young  son  Maddox,  "I  can`t  say  it  was  one  of  the  highlights  of  my  year,"  Aniston  admits.

Aniston  is  working  with  a  therapist  to  deal  with  the  situation,  she  tells  the  magazine,  which  has  released  advance  copies  of  the  issue  to  media  outlets.  As  for  what  happened  behind  the  scenes  of  Mr.  &  Mrs.  Smith,  Aniston,  who  says  she  had  bought  Brad`s  claim  that  he  remained  faithful  to  her,  now  says:  "I  just  don`t  know  what  happened.  There`s  a  lot  I  don`t  understand,  a  lot  I  don`t  know,  and  probably  never  will  know,  really. 

"I  choose  to  believe  my  husband,"  she  goes  on  to  say.  "At  this  point,  I  wouldn`t  be  surprised  by  anything,  but  I  would  much  rather  choose  to  believe  him." 

Even  so,  Aniston  (who  reportedly  grows  tearful  when  asked  to  comment  on  rumors  that  Jolie  might  be  pregnant  with  Pitt`s  child),  says:  "There`s  a  sensitivity  chip  that`s  missing  (from  Brad).  ...  He  makes  his  choices.  He  can  do  –  whatever.  We`re  (about  to  be)  divorced,  and  you  can  see  why." 

Unable  to  resist  taking  a  swipe  at  Pitt`s  recently  peroxide-enhanced  scalp,  Aniston  snaps:  "Billy  Idol  called  –  he  wants  his  look  back." 

And  yet,  she  reveals,  "I  love  Brad.  I  really  love  him.  I  will  love  him  for  the  rest  of  my  life.  He`s  a  fantastic  man.  ...  I  really  do  hope  that  someday  we  can  be  friends  again."

目前只去過巴黎三次
前面兩次是去盡一個觀光客之義務
拜訪名勝美術館艾菲爾等等
目前體會到作為藝術史的學生最大的好處
就是進各大美術館完全免費
（秀一下學生證即可“入場“    頗有VIP的虛榮感  呵呵）

上次去則是專心一意從事甜點之旅
（因為是一個人去  要上正式的餐聽總是有些尷尬）
當地甜點對我來說還是偏甜
當然也有可能是我在短短時間內“趕場“吃甜點所產生的不良反應     
      ＠＠....
我也對各種茶類相當熱愛
不知道妳有沒有拜訪在Mariage  Freres樓上附設的小小博物館？
那時看到一個十九世紀的茶箱
上面還有浙江還是某一省份茶行的專賣封籤
覺得有種他鄉遇故知的親切感

而對面附設的紅茶專賣店
陳列各種變化萬千的混和紅茶（記得平常至少有300種以上？）
尤其他們為每款茶取的名字也相當有詩意 
比起英國的紅茶來  它們的配方花俏繁複許多 
（就像法國的一切一切？）
不過英國紅茶素樸純淨的香味
卻是某些“就想來一杯單純的好茶“的日子裡
不可或缺的

I  am  not  sure  if  i  have  the  credentials  to  be  in  this  forum,  cos  i  dunno  very  much  about  fashion,  but  i  do  like  style  very  much.

I  am  currently  working  and  staying  in  Tokyo.  Sadly,  i  havent  got  much  time  to  go  walk  the  streets  as  i  like  though.

Just  wondering  if  anyone  of  you  are  familiar  with  what  are  the  more  exotic  and  unique  places  here  to  visit  in  this  city.

Strange  as  it  might  sound,  but  i  m  getting  more  and  more  unfamiliar  with  Tokyo...hehehe...

啊我也偏愛甜點耶！
有時候跟朋友出去吃東西
我甚至會跳過主菜
直接點甜點就是
還被寫餐點的  waitress  友善的開玩笑過咧

喜歡帶有奶味的的東西
有一次在湖區的  Windmere  一家叫  Jackson`s  的餐廳
吃到我目前為止吃過最好吃的  Sticky  Toffee  Pudding
天哪那個味道我到現在想到都還會留口水

有時凌晨兩三點我會戳醒我們家老爺
跟他講說喂我好想吃  Jackson`s  的  sticky  toffee  pudding
以前他睜開來看我一眼
然後跟我講
卡早睡卡有眠  ~~
現在改詞了
跟我講
啊好那我們起來換衣服
輪流換手開車
開到湖區幫妳買那個點心
嗯現在凌晨，開到當地大約七八點
不過人家可能還沒開店
那怎麼辦？
還是先睡覺好了好不好...

算算也對喔

呵呵，妳這種半夜忽然想吃某種東西的行徑，好像是孕婦專有的症狀喔（別生氣....:P)
我吃甜點分兩種，一種是專門攝取糖分為主，這時好解決，只要路邊小店或超市隨手可得甜死人不償命的糕餅通通可以，只求一種甜到舌根的“快感“
另外一種就是要精緻好點心的啦。
有沒有自己試著做甜點呢？
（話題越扯越遠不過還是忍不住提一下....今天在中國城的蛋糕店看到我小時候夢寐以求的芭比娃娃蛋糕，就是有一隻娃娃，然後裙子是用鮮奶油裝飾的那種，要價120鎊！）
