"Axis"  means  the  axis  of  cylinder.
You  should  check  your  right  eye  axis  again  what  I  think  your  problem  is.

The  "VA  of  dist  and  near"  means  your  distant  and  near  best-corrected  visual  acuity  instead  of  pupil  distance.
There  was  nothing  abnormal  over  there.

Maybe  you  should  check  your  previous  glasses  prescription  and  further  right  eye  cylinder  axis  to  find  a  proper  axis  of  cylinder.
Besides,  the  difference  of  spherical  and  cylinder  power  between  Taiwan  and  U.K.  is  within  normal  limit.
