請問在英國的水水，有關citi bank

有一位買家要跟我買一條項鍊，要我寄去英國給他，但他的信件內容如下...讓覺得他是詐騙集團ㄟ>"<
I  have  made  the  payment  Via  Citi  Bank  and  the  bank  let  me  know
that  you  will  be  sent  a  confirmation  mail,  means  that  the  money  has  been  debited  in  my  bank  account  and  after  that,  you  will
have  to  ship  the  product  and  send  my  bank  the  shippment  tracking
number  or  the  shipment  scan  receipt  and  after  you"ve  done  that,  the  bank  will  remit  your  money  into  your  bank  account  Immidietely.
    So  this  is  the  shipping  address  you  will  have  to  ship  the  product  to.
