Exoneration from Work under Warranty:
The Bimota Dealer is exonerated from carrying out any work under the Bimota Warranty with the exception of the cases stated in "Exclusions from the warranty cover", even when claims are found to be unfounded, false and deceptive regarding the fault, the kilotetres declared and for any other indications that do not correspond with the truth.
If during the course of repairs it is found that the work requested does not come within those covered by the Bimota Warranty, the vehicle Owner shall be liable for full payment of the cost sustained to that point, even where the work was at first mistakenly accepted under the terms of the Bimota Warranty.
