我大概講一下這兩段的意思,但修辭我沒有很斟酌,你看懂就好!


Exoneration  from  Work  under  Warranty:
保固免責

The  Bimota  Dealer  is  exonerated  from  carrying  out  any  work  under  the  Bimota  Warranty  with  the  exception  of  the  cases  stated  in  "Exclusions  from  the  warranty  cover",

基於Bimota保固書,Bimota業者是不須要擔負任何責任的,除非符合保固書中的『不在保固範圍』所聲明的狀況,

even  when  claims  are  found  to  be  unfounded,  false  and  deceptive  regarding  the  fault,  the  kilotetres  declared  and  for  any  other  indications  that  do  not  correspond  with  the  truth.

甚至是當索賠是沒有事實根據,假的,欺詐的,里程數造假,及一切沒有事實根據的事.


If  during  the  course  of  repairs  it  is  found  that  the  work  requested  does  not  come  within  those  covered  by  the  Bimota  Warranty,

維修時若發現有維修項目不在保固的範圍,


the  vehicle  Owner  shall  be  liable  for  full  payment  of  the  cost  sustained  to  that  point,

車主須自行付擔該項費用,


even  where  the  work  was  at  first  mistakenly  accepted  under  the  terms  of  the  Bimota  Warranty. 

即使該維修項目一開始被保固認定所誤接受.
