請教英文高手有關貿易的英文信

Dear  sirs,

Apologize  for  our  mistake.
due  to  we  did  not  notice  that  your  request  is  via  Air  Cargo  of  this  shipment. 

After  check  with  forwarder.  all  goods  has  already  into  the  warehouse  and  we  arranged  the  fast  vessel,  ETD  on  4th  Apr.    ETA  :22th  Apr.

Please  accept  my  sincerest  apologies  for  any  inconvenience.

當你booking後,有時候因為海況,而使船班延期
on  board  day  才會非人力因素延期
(要我會怪海上狀況不好啦!!)

所以我司在出口文件時是辦海運的!
而我司之前也mail船期給您看過,    也並沒有任何的問題.
所以我司已經安排訂船,    今天是結關日,而貨物也已經入艙了
這班船是快船,    所以一定會在您希望的4月22日前到港

As  we  have  e-mail  the  vessel  schedule  for  your  reference  before,  there  is  no  comment  from  you.

We  have  already  booked  the  vessel,  today  is  the  closing  date,  and  the  goods  were  sent  to  the  container  yard.
Since  this  is  fast  vessel,  we  promise  the  goods  will  arrive  the  destination  port  before  April  22.
