art/  short course of art in NY???

i  am  studying  in  london  right  now...feel  like  the  school  is  so  loose...actually  didn`t  learn  a  lot...
and  i  think  the  art  in  London  is  only  in  museum...
compared  with  NY,  i  feel  like  there  are  more  art  ....
the  city  itself  is  a  museum...
do  u  think  so...
i  really  need  ur  advise...i  am  studying  in  foundation  in  chelsea  college  of  art  now....don`t  want  to  study  4  years  of  BA
who  can  help  me....?
