The goal of the course is to communicate thoughts and ideas to the audience in verbal English language form. Students are to apply general rules and tips of public speaking in an organized, clear, direct and detailed manner in various forms situations.
The students will 1. understand how to express appropriately in public. 2. know the aids of proper gusture, body language and intonation. 3. be familiar with applying various ways in different communicating situation.
In-class lecture, discussion, individual or group presentation.
Punctuality and Participation: 20% Assignment & Quizes: 10% Group presentation: 20% Midterm:20% Final Exam:30%
