我覺得住紐約好棒喔!
沒去過.但是從電影裡看起來好漂亮.每個人都好會打扮.如果有錢的話可以住在哪種高樓大廈裡.家裡裝潢的很漂亮.窗外一望出去就是紐約的夜景.可以穿小禮服去坐轎車跟心愛的人去高級餐廳吃飯約會.
Oh my god光用想的就要流口水了....
到底是什麼感覺呢?

又有人被電影or影集裡美美的畫面給騙了
(呵~和當初的我一樣)
事實上並不是那樣.....
像Sex & the City一樣穿的少又美得真的要有車接送才行~ 小禮服!!??路上可看不到!!
馬路地上髒得要死坑坑疤疤的外加積水~~怎麼穿美美的鞋?? 跟不要卡在隨處可見的subway排氣口就不錯了
叫台limousine到高級餐廳吃一頓再喝個小酒.....可以買張機票回台灣了
大廈其實小又貴~~房東機車的要死
租的房子連牆壁變黃都要算帳~~更別提裝潢了
空氣很糟灰塵很大對皮膚很不好
交通很亂和台北有的比
一樣的生活費,在台北可以過得超舒適
夜景的話是還不錯....但少了twin tower看起來挺悽涼的

玩玩就好~~但不適合長住
有錢人是可以過得很舒適啦.....

純屬個人意見啦~~

我也是覺得紐約並沒有大家想像的那樣的光鮮豔麗ㄟ

雖然在紐約有很多好玩的可以玩有很多街可以逛但總不能天天逛街天天玩吧...

我是覺得紐約像niacin講的一樣路很小很髒人都不是很友善...

真正有錢的人並不會選擇住在紐約吧...有錢人都喜歡住在sub urb 然後開車進城上班或購物吧

I also agree, I lived in NJ/PA for 9 years and have been to NYC for numerious times. Unless you're really rich, you're much better off living in suburb of NYC like central Jersey that is only 40 minutes of driving distance from Manhattan. 10 years ago, the rent for a bedroom in a tiny 4-bedroom NYU apartment cost my friends at NYU almost $1,000 a month. In the winter, many women wore fur coats and to compete with those you need to be rich too.

Just my 2 cents.

I am okay. i am working now. the weather is so weird today. we have some strong wind. i am sure that we have wind advisiory today. it is going to be colder this week. I have some really big down coat that can keep me warm. are you working or studying?

i just remember that you are the one who talks about old used books. guess what? i just found a copy of 1939 of 'Moment in Peking" in a used bookstore here. however, it is very old and dusty. i love to read too. you have any good suggestion?
