應做雷射還是果酸換膚?

先煥膚再雷射
怕直接淨膚 毛孔不暢通的話 會內包

如果還有不少痘痘粉刺的話
應該要先做換膚會比較好
至少先控制好不要長
再來雷射比較划算

應該是說如果你的皮膚比較敏感的話
建議不要用酸類的東西來做治療
跟我一樣暗沉困擾的話
打淨膚雷射還是比較好
對皮膚的保養度夠
效果又比較快
而且打完也不需要恢復期
馬上就可以出去逛街

我也是先做煥膚，雷射還在考慮要不要做。那煥膚我去的是東區的美之約，他們家護理師做的很棒，還有一點頭部、肩頸的按摩，每次做完心情都很好，重點價錢也很親切，很推薦去嘗試。

 雷射效果比較快看的到<br />  不過術後如果沒有保養好的話<br />  更慘~<br />  果酸換膚的話建議杏仁酸<br />  會比較溫和~<br />  缺點就是要多跑好幾次!

我個人只有做過雷射~我沒有果酸換膚過~所以只有體驗到雷射的經驗~臉上長了顆息肉~就是用雷射把它弄掉的
