AE官網下訂單哪裡出了問題....急

我想請教有經驗的大家.有沒有遇到跟我同樣的問題.
之前我已經在AE下過好幾次單.都很順利的下訂單然後等收貨.
不過今天要下單操作到Billing  Address按下NEXT.卻出現Our  Apologies

一直重複操作還是一樣的情形.搞兩天了還是一樣.
不曉得大家知道是哪裡出問題嗎?
大家下單都正常嗎?

另同一帳單住址是不是只能一個人申請會員?我今天幫我老公也申請後操作到Billing  Address就出現一樣的問題.
會是這個因素嗎?不知道會員要怎麼取消?
