因為台北的房子真的讓人買不下去了 所以大家都開始往外發展拉<br /> <br /> 桃園自然就開始越來越多人了<br /> <br /> 我相信這是會依值持續下去喔

因為台北房價都太貴了<br /> 只好到桃園居住<br /> 而且台北連吃都貴<br /> 就像台北市和新北市<br /> 就連菜市場的菜價都差很多

也有可能是育嬰補助來的比新北好，所以都往桃園去了，那會不會過幾年後也造成桃園的負債增加........

我有一個認識好多年的朋友他也是搬家搬到桃園去了..我感覺桃園好像越來越熱鬧了耶.聽我朋友說那邊買菜比我家這裡便宜.
