  • 感謝分享喔 我覺得有時後壓力太大難免會失眠呢 但我都會盡量讓自己放鬆啊 或是睡前來上一杯熱牛奶啊還是吃根香蕉也很棒
  • 我覺得最有效的是牛奶和奇異果<br /> 懷孕時常失眠<br /> 冰箱一定要有這兩樣<br /> 不然隔天要上班又睡不著<br /> 真的超痛苦
