我的工作也是通通包還不是週週休.薪水還不到30000元.不過可以經常吃一些美食.所以就再待.

感覺版主的薪水還不錯，像我~~公司所有大大小小的事都要包辦，雖然週休2日，但還常常要加班，也才32000元

我會看是不是每天都可以準時下班？<br /> 有無勞健保制度？<br /> 三節獎金（含年終）？ <br /> 有無進修制度？<br /> 調薪制度？<br />如果以上都有，環境整潔的維持是可以靠自己改善的。<br />

會去做做看<br />你會得事越多位來越找的到工作<br />履歷表上越豐富<br />會得越少越找不到<br />電玩公司重視外表的櫃台小姐會被更年輕美麗的人代替<br />小公司不重視外表的會計才不會被取代(我待過很多公司補習班就只有女會計沒有被取代危險其他年輕小姐都會被老闆找茶被開除)<br />像我某一女親戚學插花學剪髮學洗頭學賣房子樣樣都來<br />到很老五六十歲還是沒被社會淘汰掉<br />經濟穩定的話晚上有空時間勸你考個會計執照念個外貿夜間部學分班<br /> 引言:所以全部包辦／會計/行政/業助 什麼都做

會 因為周休二日很迷人...

補充: <br />   公司不會條薪。而且只能投保最低薪資。說是小公司。 聽說 勞健保有些還沒有按時繳納有積欠費用!

也許比上不足，但是比下也有餘了，<br /> 覺得工作環境對身體健康不好啊...<br /> 但比起環境，我會更在意工作氣氛&上司與同事間的相處、合作<br /> <br /> 可是如果不會調薪，也許要思考這份工作可以做多久和自己的生涯規劃吧!

薪水乍看之下好像不錯,不過版主要做全包的工作量(會計/行政/業助....等),所以工作量對版主來說是否可以負荷?再來是工作環境,是否有可以改善的空間?例如版主可以自行清潔改善之類的,如果不行的話,那版主是否可以接受長期在這種環境下工作?多方評估之後,相信版主自己應該有個定論,因為工作內容和工作環境是版主自己最清楚的(PS.對我來說,我自己是不接受的)
