超急~請幫忙~有關在網站上訂A&F衣服的問題
上個禮拜在A&F網站上訂了衣服
昨天收到他們寄來的MAIL
好像是要我傳真過去跟他們確認帳單地址
請問有沒有人遇過這種狀況
可以告訴我怎麼處理嗎

Thank you for placing your order with Abercrombie.com! As part of our
consumer protection services, we need to verify certain information.
Before we can release your order, we need to verify your billing address.
We attempted to contact your credit card's issuing bank, but were
unsuccessful. We request that you fax us a copy of your credit card
statement that shows your billing address, remember to include your order
number on the fax. Please black out all but the last four digits of your
account before you send it out to the address below. Additionally, please
black out any other information that would not be appropriate for us to
see.
If you have any questions, please call 614-921-2369, Monday to Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
Thank you for your assistance! If we do not hear from you within three
business days, we will be cancelling your order.
