很難控制自已的食慾<br /> <br /> 尤其是作息又不正常<br /> <br /> 加上自已從小就胖胖的 又很愛吃<br /> <br />

前一陣子常會排便不順<br /> 最近就晚餐盡量吃多一點青菜, 少量肉, 飯沒吃<br /> 早餐前先吃水果<br /> 結果一週下來, 嗯嗯有變順一點了吔<br /> <br />  

真的要運動<br /> 我因為不想忌口  所以我靠運動<br /> 每週去2-3次健身房  一次一小時<br /> 但是我很認真  絕對不會摸魚<br /> 所以生完兩個孩子到現在<br /> 比生孩子之前更瘦

年輕的時候實在是很難胖<br /> 但是年紀大瞭實在是很容易胖<br /> 新陳代謝實在是讓人很恐怖啊

我沒辦法持之以恆的瘦身<br /> 都是嘴巴講講要瘦身<br /> 但是還是懶的動ˋ喜歡吃<br /> 常常被女友罵

版主也特別開版ˋ開版文還可愛<br /> 當然只要瘦瘦ˋ其餘肉肉別在上身來<br /> 人還是有腰身好看

這兩天天氣稍熱些<br /> <br /> 所以又去7-11買脆皮巧克力冰棒(1支/18元)<br /> <br /> 因為吃1支覺得太少   所以一次吃2支<br /> <br /> 自然減肥遙遙無期
