看燕窩的圖片的製作過程覺得很恐怖.都是吃白木耳 和黑木耳.沒有那麼多錢買燕窩來吃.

真的很不健康 還經過加工處理 特別為了讓燕窩變成好看 又用漂白水 還好從小到大都沒吃過

不只燕窩而已 很多東西如果知道它的製作過程 應該都不會想吃 總之還是買天然的回來自己處理最安心

原來製造燕窩的過程是這麼繁雜的，我還以為是把雜毛去掉就可以賣了。不過，現在有很多的燕窩是人工飼養的（養燕就有燕窩了啊～！）

之前就看過報導因燕窩處理繁瑣，所以價錢才會貴 功效如何也是要吃很長一段時間才有吧 我只有去東南亞旅遊才吃 所以處理過程的添加物，應該毒不了我

看到照片~覺得滿噁的耶~因為燕窩的價格都不便宜,所以,我是很少買來吃啦!夏天的時候會煮白木耳甜湯來喝.冰冰涼涼的喝,很讚!

我一直都覺得燕窩很髒很不衛生 所以我都寧願喝白木耳,其實中醫師說 白木耳跟燕窩的功效其實是差不多的 所以不需要花大錢吃燕窩
