I am looking for a person interested in either: a suite for rent in a house OR a room for rent or homestay. It is possible to do:
1. homestay
2. room rental
3. a suite rental (private entry, washer dryer, everything private; on a different floor);
a. If you rent a room you have access to TV, video, computer (also wireless ok), big living room; there is also a carport, backyard, fire place, washing machine/ dryer (your own in a suite).
The place is clean, safe and quiet, near bus stops; 5-7 minutes by car to Richmond Centre.
b. The suite is big (2 bedrooms + living room + kitchen+ washroom, own washer and dryer) and private on the ground floor (separate entry).
All in a house of a profesional English teacher. Looking for a clean, mature, non-smoker: male or female or a couple.
