年菜想吃的蝦子

我想吃蒜蓉蒸蝦<br /> <br /> 大尾一點比較好吧

我會選帝王蟹~~~<br /> 不過要記得它不能煮太久~不然味道就淡了喔^^<br />

年菜幾乎都會準備蝦子沾沙拉醬很好吃.還有沾麵粉和麵包粉炸酥<br /> <br /> 口味也很棒.也會準備螃蟹.比較喜歡吃海鮮類.山產類就準備少一點.<br />

 大明蝦就很爽了

對我而言<br /> 什麼蝦是其次<br /> 烹調得當才是重點<br /> 把合適的食材放到合適的烹調方法就會很美味<br /> 例如小型蝦煮湯或剝殼拌煮<br /> 大型蝦就清蒸或大火炒等..<br /> 新鮮皆是美味呦<img alt="" src="http://forum.fashionguide.com.tw/fckeditor/editor/images/fg/fgicon_13.gif" />
