我身高168cm, 現在體重54.2 從一月開始減肥 我雖然很難減 但是還是最後甩了四到五公斤 大約昰到52.8回台灣的 但是回去之後也昰抵噹不住鮮芋仙和鹽酥雞的 現在又復胖了 但是我要在兩個月內減到50 請為我加油 Breakfast: milk and cereal 120 banana 100 food to bring with: pineapple 80 2 apples 120 1 peach 80 1 yogurt 60 2 eggs 100 lunch: salad: 250 so far 910 go to the gym after work
  • Hello Hilda, Yes, I'm getting married in less than a month. Getting pretty nervous and I really prey for a good weather. I think I will listen to you because maybe I don't seem to want to lose that much anymore. (Of course I do, but I don't seem to have the same dedication as before when I want to take my wedding pictures) I don't want to push myself into a corner and be not happy about it. I will keep up with my sport for sure and pay attention to my food as much as I can.
  • haha, don't be nervous, im sure the weather will be good and u will be a very pretty bride on that day =) when is your wedding? yea, i think it is pretty harsh if u make yourself do something u don't feel like to. thinking and doing are 2 different things, everyone think to lose weight, but they never do it, why don't just be a happy person, do whatever u want? remember snack is really fatty, try not to eat it =)
  • Hello Hilda, nice to see you again. Ive been extremely busy for work, now I'm in Frankfurt. These days Im snacking much more than usual, I can even feel that my body is not happy about the way I snack, I snack on chocolate, chips, peanuts, cheeze.....the more pressure I have, the more I feel like snacking.havent been standing on weight for several days now. I am getting married on 7th of August. so I just have a few weeks left to at least keep my 54 kg....maybe I can still go for 53 but Ive lost some confidence in myself now, why is it for others when they are stressed, they lose weight and I eat instead? very annoying. But whenever I see the magazines or whatever I always want to be skinny, its so fashionable to be skinny......
  • hello mimipei, i've been really busy with the school and work too, so tired. u went to Germany? what u doing there? to get really of your wedding? it is only 2 weeks left, aren't u so exicted? if u have pressure, eat some chocolate, u will feel better, don't eat any chips, they are really fatty!! dark chocolate can help u relax =) yea, it is a fashion to be skinny now, u should post all the skinny girls pictures on your wall, so u will have the motive to lose weight too ;)

  • Hello Hilda, I hope everything with your school is ok. I got back from Frankfurt last week, now in Amsterdam again. Went there for work. I am getting marry next week, it's very exciting also quite stressful. Because of the stress, I start snacking a lot....I can say no to carbs easier while snacking is totally my weak point. I eat everything, chocolate, cake, cookies, chips, nuts, basically anything I can get my hands on. So my weight is not going OK....this morning I'm 54.2 while I was only 53.5 and I feel heavy. But I'm not going to worry too much since it's only next week and nothing can really change anymore. I will go to the gym today (haven't been working out also cus I've got no time) and just pay more attention on what I eat. But no more crazy diet anymore, the more I do this, the more I'll ruin it. Now I just hope the wedding will be fine.
