我身高168cm, 現在體重54.2 從一月開始減肥 我雖然很難減 但是還是最後甩了四到五公斤 大約昰到52.8回台灣的 但是回去之後也昰抵噹不住鮮芋仙和鹽酥雞的 現在又復胖了 但是我要在兩個月內減到50 請為我加油 Breakfast: milk and cereal 120 banana 100 food to bring with: pineapple 80 2 apples 120 1 peach 80 1 yogurt 60 2 eggs 100 lunch: salad: 250 so far 910 go to the gym after work
  • i replied your msg last night, but i don't know where did it go!!?? i hate to see my weight going up too, but thats the punishment of eating too much. so i try not to buy any junk food at home and only one day of week i can eat any junk food i want. that helps a lot i think. u should try it =)
  • Hello! I never have any junk at home to be honest. Because I don't have any control, if I see them, I have to eat them. I love sweets especially chocolate is my weakpoint. But of course my boyfriend buy them, it's still a matter of self discipline I think. Sometimes when I'm at people's place and see those junk food, then I can't control myself...that's even worse. Let's motivate each other together!
  • chocolate is my favorite too! i love chocolate so much, i can't live without chocolate, haha. but self-control is really important for a diet person. my brother just bought some more chocolate home, so bad =.= u should start write down what u eat everyday in your ifit daily. yea, we can motivate each other share some diet ideas ^^
  • I haven't been much of a cooking person. I can make stuff but I don't have any style of knowledge towards food, so I told my boyfriend that I'm going to learn. Today I'm making salmon in the oven and a chocolate dessert. But I'm only going to try a little bit. Last two days I've been eating and eating~~~ this morning is 53.9 very good for eating so many days.

  • im not at cooking too, i only boil all the food together if i have to cook. haha but i really love to bake, baking is fun. good eating for many days and still 53.9 isn't too bad

  • Hello Hild, I broke my luck cus after really eating for 4 days continuously (also sweets and all that) I'm now 54.3 (back to my after weekend weight). But today is my day 1 of period~~to be honest, I'm a little frustrated with myself, my weight has been the same ever since my boyfriend is back from business trip. I lost weight while he was not around and I just don't buy anything to eat. But if there is something, I just couldn't stop snacking. I felt like an animal behaving like this, any human being should be possible to control this behavior? Or maybe I just don't want to give up 52 KG, would I ever become 52? But I can't give up, because if I do, then there is nothing to look forward to and that's NOT the right attitude towards life. 2 KG in one month is definitely possible.
  • it is not good to have your weight keep going up and down, you really need to control yourself. =) today is my 1st day of period too, but i guess i had something cold yesterday, there aren't too much coming out ><. does your boyfriend know you are on diet? if people around you are not helping you, it is really hard to lose weight. anyone can control their behavior, it is something if they really want to control or not. i'm sure you can control yourself from the food, you can do it! stability is essential to diet! remember that! if you put hard work on it, 2kg in easy to lose in a month or you might lose 3kg too! don't give up! support you!
  • Good morning Hild@, happy to see your reply this morning.今天我比較早起 終於有時間在家上一下網 所以可以寫中文囉 昨天晚上吃超少的 有去騎一下腳踏車,但是今天早上體重沒有降很多 只到54.0而已 (is it because I'm having my period?)但是小紅來了 我吃甜食慾望也大增 其實我本來就是個愛吃甜食的人 我男友知道我在減肥 但是他覺得我很無聊 因為他覺得我不胖 我當然知道以外國人眼光來看我很瘦 但是減肥這種事情本來就是為自己 女生都是嫌自己多一筋肉 所以他也不太會幫我 他不會管我吃不吃啦 但是他自己愛吃零食 所以買很多在家又吃很慢 我這個愛吃鬼就會偷吃 我這個人就是沒有自制力 所以我不吃就是完全不買 如果我知道家裡有零食 我是一定會去吃完他的 不過我完全同意妳說的 如果體重一直上上下下不好啦 我回來一個月了一公斤也沒減 每天叫叫叫的 自己都很煩 生活都被控制 每次想說不要減了 但是心裡又沒辦法放棄 在台灣動力超強因為滿街都是瘦子 再這裡只是會一直被警告 不要再瘦了 非常討厭 只是因為我吃的健康就一直唸我 但是我想減到52就好了 只要維持很容易的 因為我運動量大 所以比較容易會餓 但是我還是會小心的吃 有時候想說是不適不要運動比較不會餓 但是我也不想compromise!!畢竟我知道運動才昰最好的 問問妳吧 妳身高體重多少 住在台北嗎 小紅第一天少ok 吧 我現在小紅都很少耶 和高中時像水一樣 我快三十囉 以前不吃一餐就馬上瘦兩公斤的光景 已經離我遠去 再聊

  • Hello mimipei, to lose weight is a long road, don't be sad if your weight only go down a little, need to lose weight and be healthy =) Is your boyfriend American? i know Americans think that 65/66kg is not fat @~@ but thats fat for Asian! In Taiwan, many girls are less than 50kg, im so envy them >.< you are losing weight for yourself not for other people, so just ignore what they say to you, as long as you are eating healthy and do a little exercise, you can be 52kg!! and self-control from the fatty food, haha. this is one of the challenge! Im 22 and 168 cm also, but im 60/61 kg =3=, my target is 55 kg, but now im stuck in 60kg, or going up to 61kg @~@. im living in US, and im from Hong Kong not taiwan ;) actually that was not my period, its just ""somebody"" haha, i don't know whats wrong with my body, its the first time happen. Once you get older, your metabolism is lowering too, and takes longer time to lose weight. Q~Q i heard that sometimes you lose weight anyway during the period time. maybe thats why u lost weight with eating so much sweet the day before.
  • Heyhey!! This morning I'm 53.6~~~ so slowly slowly it's going down. Wow, so you live in the States? Where? I live in Amsterdam.my boyfriend is Dutch/Chinese, he is born in Amsterdam though so his thoughts are completely European. I totally agree with you that even for our height, many girls are under 50 in Asia (how I wish). But I don't think they would ever understand why we have to be so thin, while I also don't understand how they can allow themselves to go so far? In general, Asians are by far much more beauty concious! It's just in our nature which I'm very proud of. Indeed we lose weight for ourselves not others. So mostly I ignore them about this, while they often like to hear about what I do to keep so thin blablabla, but I can never tell them the truth cus they would just think it's crazy...going to the gym everyday and skipping dinner a lot?? no way for them. They always say you have to enjoy life, but you can also enjoy life more with a thinner body.... ;-) You are so young, you can get down to 55 for sure!!
  • only 1.6 left, keep it on =) yea, i live in Pennsylvania, eastern part of US. where is Amsterdam at, I've never been there, my state is so boring =3= yea, European very enjoy their life, they do things slowly, never rush for anything haha. yes! i think Asians are much more beauty conscious than others, but some of the girls are too crazy about, they don't care about their height, they just think it has to be below 50 @~@. those people don't really care about their figure, all they care is ""food"", and they all saying need to eat healthy. yea, i would enjoy my life if i have thinner body and wear pretty clothes =), just tell them shut up,,haha yea, my weight today is 60.3, only 5.3 left!!! so happy, but my bosom are being smaller too =3=
  • Amsterdam is the capital of Netherlands. I totally agree with you that Asian girls are completly crazy about having their weight below 50 (some even below 40) look at Jolin Tsai, she is just WAY too skinny. Unfortunately I grow up with this stereotyping in my head. Although I kept on telling myself it's more important to sport than to starve, of course starving gives you a quick result and sport much slower. But I'm lucky with sports cus I enjoy doing it and I'm not lazy about it. I pick up running so at least 2-3 times a year I join the long distance run around Amsterdam. The next one will be late September running 16K (I did this last year) which will be a tough one. I always thought if I can make 16, next level would be half marathon but I was suffering so much to make 16k, I still didn't enroll any half marathon yet. At the end, I want to keep fit but I'm not too keen on making a really good time. I want to get my 10k under 55 minutes (now I'm doing 1:01). I have been doing really bad with losing weight, during the weekend I always eat too much!!!so yesterday morning my weight shoot up to 54.7 and yesterday I paid more attention so this morning back to 53.9 again. During the week I'm really ok, I eat healthy but still not enough to lose weight.I need to eat less in the weekend.
  • ifit lost my message again! yea, jolin sings really good, but way too skinny, and she boil all her food, no oil at all, so crazy! it is good that you have a good diet mind, exercise is the best way to lose weight and its healthy. but people never understand that, they think starving is the best and easy way to lose weight, too bad they lose the health too. wow, you really like running, my last time running maybe when i was in middle school of some kind of race. haha. don't worry, you can make 16 soon, but don't work too hard on it, you will hurt your leg =) i know you are doing bad in losing weight, from first time i see your post, you were between 53.5-55, don't put too much hard pressure. how about you just take a break eat whatever you like for a week or two. and do some exercise. that might help.
  • Hello Hilda, nice to see you again. It's nice to find an Asian person who can share and understand the importance of sporting and exercising and thinking Jolin is too skinny!! You are really right that my weight is NOT CHANGING. I find it easier not to touch carbs then not to touch chocolates. Anyways I ate candies last night and this morning again 54.1 (coming back from 53.5)....Maybe I just care too much about it, I think too much and my life is too much surrounded by it. I'm getting married in less than a month, but my dress is coming from Taiwan and I need to give them the final size next week already. It's hard to change the size in one week....even the weight change, the shape still needs time. I don't want to give up my dream of 50 KG...but maybe it is time to take a break and work hard on it after the wedding~~~ it's a little late now to lose more visible weight for the wedding....
  • There are many people understand what is the best way to lose weight, but they just don't do it, i guess they have a devil in their mind, haha Really? you are getting marry in a month? Congratulations =) you should just relax, enjoy, and put your heart into your wedding. i understand every girl would like to have a prefect body and wear the pretty bridal veil, but sometimes nothing is prefect, at least you find your mr. right, and he loves you, he doesn't think you are fat =) The best thing you can do now is to take a break, eat whatever you like but not over, and do exercise everyday, maybe you will have a surprise next week.
