隆乳 / 瘦的人到底是哪種比較好?胸大肌下?? 筋膜??

It`s  fantastic  to  get  some  english  response!  ^^
It  takes  me  hours  to  type  in  mandarin  &  I  was  so  hopeful  for  responses...
I  am  going  through  that  process  of  wanting  to  do  the  surgery,  but  cos  I  live  overseas  long  term,  going  back  to  Tw  to  do  it  isn`t  an  option  for  me..well,  it  is,  but  then  I  have  to  fly  back  regularly  to  get  checks  &  I  don`t  even  know  which  surgeons  are  good  either.
I  read  with  regards  to  TUBA,  not  all  implants  can  do  it  that  way  isn`t  it?  Only  the  saline  types...  I  am  leaning  towards  silicone  or  cohesive  gel  cos  I  don`t  want  to  worry  about  it  bursting...
Did  you  look  at  all  the  options  when  you  went  through  the  process  of  deciding  which  type  to  do?  and  what  made  you  decide  on  the  one  u  decided  on?

I`m  leaning  towards  silicone  is  becos  apparently  saline  has  a  life  span  of  10-15  yrs..so  that  would  be  I`d  need  to  undergo  procedures  every  10  years...
I  read  somewhere  that  TUBA  is  not  for  everyone  either,  cos  of  the  difficult  access,  and  shaping  is  difficult  too...But  having  said  that,  you`ve  got  desirable  outcomes  so  far!  ^^
I`m  mostly  worried  with  infections  >"<

筋膜  is  above  the  the  muscle  right?
Initially,  I  thought  under  muscle  is  better  becos  I  am  quite  slim,  but  now  I  am  starting  to  do  above  muscle,  becos  i  read  that  if  the  muscle  is  cut,  that  muscle  will  shrink.  >"<  which  is  not  good  in  long  term...

I  tried  running  some  epidemiological  studies  conducted  on  silicone  implants,  but  there  are  so  little!
I  am  definately  leaning  towards  saline  now  as  I  was  not  aware  that  there  are  "silent  leaks".
I  watched  a  few  educational  videos  demonstrating  silicone,  and  my  doubts  started  from  there.  Though  the  silicone  remained  intact,  I  saw  that  it  was  "sticking"  to  the  surface  it  was  placed  on  ie.  fabric  drape.  I  started  to  wonder  if  there  is  "micro-particles"  that  stick  to  the  surface??
Can  you  let  me  know  which  doctor  you  went  to  see  in  Tw?  Is  it  in  Taipei?  cos  I  live  in  Taipei  when  I  do  make  the  trip  back
Neverthelss,  I  have  my  very  1st  plastic  &  reconstructive  surgeon  next  Wednesday,  and  another  2  the  week  after.  I  would  like  to  get  as  many  opinions  as  I  can  before  I  make  decisions  about  the  surgery...

Which  option  do  YOU  feel  you  want  to  do?
Ultimately  it  is  your  decision.
I  think  I  will  go  for  筋膜  because  less  pain,  and  從胸大肌  i  worry  胸大肌  will  shrink  after  a  while  >"<
But...I  read  that  從胸大肌,  the  muscles  massage  the  implants  whenever  it  moves,  so  less  contracture...
AY...very  hard  decision  nei!!
Did  the  doctor  explain  to  you  why  they  decided  that  option  for  you?

I  went  to  my  1st  consultation  today.  He  is  a  registered  plastic  &  reconstructive  surgeon,  not  just  a  "cosmetic"  surgeon.
My  surgeon  showed  me  several  types  of  silicone  because  he  didn`t  have  any  saline  implants  in  the  size  I  wanted,  but  assured  me  that  he  will  show  saline  implants  to  me  in  my  next  consultation  appointment.  He  showed  me  200cc.  220cc.  240cc.  I  tried  on  240cc,  and  it  was  HUGE!  I  see  everyone  here  using  250cc  and  I  was  planning  to  use  250cc,  but  even  240cc  was  very  big!  I  am  a  small  person,  158cm,  42kg.  Next  time,  I  am  going  to  bring  a  C-cup  bra  to  try  the  implants  with.  My  surgeon  also  advised  silicone,  because  it`s  very  popular  here  overseas,  and  he  assures  me  the  safety  of  silicone.  I  am  still  not  sure  *sigh*.  I  am  keen  on  saline  because  it  leaks,  I  will  know!
Can  the  pretty  gals  here  let  me  know...does  the  saline  implants  feel  natural?  Is  it  true  that  you  can  hear  the  water  moving??  >`<"

I  don`t  know  what  I  would  do  without  your  help!  ^^
I  read  on  Dr  Chen`s  website  that  same  size  (in  cc)  silicone  to  saline  implant,  silicone  is  actually  bigger  &  heavier  because  it`s  a  gel.  So,  I  think  240cc  saline  will  fit  me  ok  because  I  browse  through  the  website  &  I  liked  the  look  of  size  240cc  to  280cc.  I  have  another  appointment  on  next  Tuesday  with  another  surgeon  for  a  2nd  opinion.
Can  I  ask  you  文文迷,  what  volume  did  you  decide  on?  Did  you  get  a  lot  of  pain?
I  am  tempted  to  do  the  procedure  in  early  Jan  `09  as  the  surgeon  is  booked  up  until  then,  or  my  next  long  break  is  in  June  `09,  and  I  will  have  to  wait  another  6  months.

Did  you  do  your  sugery  under  general  anesthetics?
The  surgeon  suggested  開乳暈  or  inframmatory.  I  am  thinking  乳暈  because  less  scaring,  and  he  said  1  week  off  work  should  be  ok.  I  didn`t  ask  him  about  TUBA  nei...because  he  didn`t  mention  it.  I  think  I  can  send  him  an  email  and  ask  him.
Did  you  go  to  a  few  surgeons  before  you  made  the  decision  to  let  Dr  Chen  do  it? 
How  long  did  you  take  to  make  the  decision?  Do  you  think  me  making  my  decision  is  too  quick?

Sorry  to  hear  about  that  regarding  your  friend.  That`s  very  sad,  especially  when  the  bf  doesn`t  trust  her!
I  went  to  another  consultation  with  a  different  surgeon  today.  He  is  not  keen  on  the  saline  implants,  but  will  respect  my  wishes  if  I  want  saline.  However,  he  explained  to  me  because  the  width  of  my  natural  breasts  are  not  very  wide,  he  is  very  reluctant  to  go  bigger  than  220cc  for  saline,  and  240cc  for  silicone.  It`s  not  my  wishes  to  have  enormous  boobs,  my  aim  is  shape  &  proportion  to  my  body.  I`m  still  confused  about  the  size  >`<

My  surgeons  said  he  doesn`t  get  many  Asian  clients  here...and  I  think  Asians  go  back  overseas  to  get  the  surgery  done  ba...

I  emphasised  to  my  surgeon  very  much  that  I  want  natural  tear-drop  shape,  I  told  him  I  don`t  want  bulging  @@      AND!  I  have  emphasised  that  I  don`t  want  excessively  big  implants  that  end  up  with  2  @@  joining  as  one  as  I  have  seen  that  in  my  research!!  ><

My  surgeon  &  I  came  to  the  decision  that  240cc  would  be  the  maximum  size  for  me  to  achieve  a  natural  tear-drop  shape  with  nice  contour  without  giving  me  the  "bowls"  on  the  chest  look.  Your  hubby  is  a  smart  man~  not  taking  up  the  challenge  of  choosing  the  size!  ^^  But  both  of  you  are  happy  with  the  outcome  now  ^^

My  surgery  is  booked  in  on  in  1.5  weeks...
Can  you  please  give  me  some  advice  on  massage?  Surgeons  here  do  not  provide  massage  as  there  isn`t  much  literature  that  says  massage  helps.  However,  as  far  as  I  know,  submuscular  implants  gets  more  massage  from  muscular  contraction...

我下下禮拜要去做@@  ~  我決定是做鹽水的..因為我考慮到果凍矽膠外漏人體不會吸收,  術後每隔1年要去醫院做  MRI  檢查...very  expensive!果凍的風險也較大,莢膜攣縮的機率也比較大...  ><

我也瘦  (158cm,  43kg)所以是擺肌肉下

果凍摸起來是QQ的,  but我覺得不管怎樣還是健康最重要... 
太瘦的人做筋膜下果凍看得出來,so  瘦的人做胸大肌比較好比較自然...

可以分享你的成果嗎?
請問...你傳統手術  的過程很痛嗎?  痛  how  many  days?

我也贊同天下沒有醜女人水水的看法
胸大肌隆乳只要是整形醫生都會做
只是做得好作不好的差別
筋膜隆乳就非常的少..屈指可數
但是論做的好的卻少之又少
我覺得胸大肌才是基本功

跑去問只會做胸大肌的醫生..做筋膜下好不好
得到的答案多數是否定的
真的要多爬文多了解...不要盲從的人云亦云

我是選擇傳統的隆乳手術耶!

那時候去問了好多家，

不只在考慮果凍或是鹽水袋

也在煩到底要做胸大肌下還是筋膜，

或是直接在乳暈開?

果凍的觸感聽說跟矽膠差不多

但是我週遭沒有做矽膠或果凍的朋友

果凍摸起來是比較Q的，會有彈跳的感覺

但就是要常常檢查，

一旦有任何問題你馬上就要再開一個洞把它拿出來

很醜…所以如果你跟我一樣是小心駛得萬年船的人，

還是用鹽水袋比較實在吧!

部位的問題也是讓我煩超久的，

那時候也有在想要不要肚臍隆乳或玻尿酸

但是肚臍隆乳太多風險，玻尿酸又太貴

所以還是回到考慮腋下、乳暈，

還有在胸大肌下還是筋膜

而且我常常台中台北兩地跑，在哪裡做對我而言也是一個問題

後來還是決定回台北做

最後我整理出來的心得是:

我的乳暈太小，不適合從乳暈開

而且乳暈開的話有可能會影響以後哺乳;

--我問了兩家醫院都沒跟我說乳暈會影響哺乳這件事，

一直到張高榮醫生詢問我以後有沒要生小孩才知道這件事=  =

腋下的疤痕如果是做鹽水袋的話，

傷口很小而且比較不容易有夾膜發生

(當然還是一定要按摩啦才會自然)

胸大肌下比較自然但是筋膜下是疼痛感最低的

因為本人愛美又追求完美的個性，

所以我選擇了胸大肌下

其實我覺得手術過程中真的還好，

根本沒有我想的那麼恐佈

一直到我回家都覺得只是酸酸的而已

但是按摩才是一大關卡啊!

我按不下去就直接回去找張醫生買一套按摩療程了

只能說愛美是女人的原罪啊~~

鹽水袋不容易有夾膜發生????
只要是隆乳都一定會有夾膜產生的問題
跟部位材質沒有關係
衷心建議多爬爬文比較好

我也是選鹽水袋，
因為果凍的危險性比較高
而且你自已都說了你長期在國外的話，
沒辦法常常檢查><
你應該也是選鹽水袋對你最保險吧?
如果你真的很怕觸感不真實的話，
從胸大肌下開就不太會有這方面的問題了~~
因為胸大肌前面還會有你原本的乳房，
所以摸起來也是很自然滴!
不過真的是一定要按摩，
我姐妹淘去做了結果怕痛沒按，
最後變很假又去找綺色佳找張醫師重做，
還好鹽水袋的傷口很小，
做果凍的話傷口就很明顯了!!

我是沒有勇氣去做啦！但是我姐有去做，最猛的是她高中就去找張高榮做了，我媽還幫她出錢，那時候還沒有果凍，矽膠也被禁止了，我姐是做鹽水袋的∼他是開在胸大肌下，因為她原本是完∼全∼沒有肉的，整個超平的，所以也不選筋膜怕會不自然，（真的很誇張我媽才願意幫她出錢帶她去）
她是做到ｃ，現在交了三個男朋友了，一個也沒有發現，這除了那位醫生的功勞，也要歸功我姐姐每天死命按摩啦∼現在真的變得很自然，但你一定要有決心哦∼

果凍矽膠是廠商在矽膠被禁後推出的改良品

只是我當初真的問過幾家

當然不管是什麼材質

只要決定做這個手術就是要承擔風險

我也有爬文看到有水水想用果凍

又擔心每隔兩年就要去做檢查

還有破掉的機率比水袋高

鹽水袋不是不容易

但它真的是比較安全

而且我真的聽說它雖然有夾膜的風險

但比果凍低不是嗎?
