<strong>紐、澳牛肉，也驗出瘦肉精</strong><br /> <br /> <a _alt="" href="http://forum.fashionguide.com.tw/upload_image/forum/0/2/7/3/201203101926110.jpg" id="http://forum.fashionguide.com.tw/upload_image/forum/0/2/7/3/201203101926110.jpg?post_id=12580204" name="linkImg" target="_blank" onclick="return LoadImg(this.id);"><img border="0" alt="" src="http://forum.fashionguide.com.tw/i/showThePic.jpg" onload="javascript:if(this.width>500) this.width=500;"></a><br /> 聯合報╱記者曾增勳、梁雅雯／連線報導<br /> 2012.03.10 02:54 am<br /> <br /> <br /> 桃園縣衛生局抽檢發現，一向被認為「安全」的紐西蘭、澳洲牛肉，竟也出問題，桃園知名的「<strong>尚旺玉米爇燒肉</strong>」店及連鎖的「<strong>千葉火鍋</strong>」桃園店，進口的紐、澳牛肉，分別被驗出含瘦肉精。<br /> <br /> 桃園縣衛生局對紐、澳牛肉也被驗出含瘦肉精感到意外，已派人到店家查封庫存牛肉，並追查進貨來源。<br /> <br /> 昨晚查出尚旺的紐牛，是向台北市上游業者進貨；千葉火鍋的澳牛，是向嘉義總公司進貨；鮮友火鍋則是向彰化縣上游業者進貨。<br /> <br /> 衛生局表示，因美牛遭質疑，且紐澳牛肉較貴，目前還不能排除業者以美牛混充紐澳牛肉，提供下游店家，因此將請北市、嘉義、彰化縣協助追查源頭。<br /> <br /> 桃園縣衛生局日前針對牛排館、燒肉餐廳、火鍋店檢驗卅七件肉品送驗，當時由於來源可疑，已要求店家先下架禁售。<strong>檢驗結果昨天出爐，其中十一家店的牛肉被檢出有瘦肉精</strong>，包括「<strong>吉野家</strong>」、「<strong>鬥牛士</strong>」、「<strong>三商巧福</strong>」、「<strong>FRIDAY</strong>」等知名餐廳。<br /> <br /> 這十一家餐廳的牛肉，八家來自美國，另三家「尚旺玉米爇燒肉」店的沙朗捲、「千葉火鍋」桃園店的牛肉，以及「鮮友火鍋」的牛肉片，分別來自紐西蘭、澳洲，竟然也驗出含瘦肉精。<br /> <br /> 全台有數十家直營或加盟的「<strong>阿官火鍋店</strong>」，其中嘉義新光店昨天被嘉義市衛生局檢出使用的肥牛和雪花牛肉片含瘦肉精，來源是「<strong>樹森</strong>」的子公司<strong>政天興業</strong>。<br /> <br /> 「阿官火鍋店」新光店昨天傍晚用餐時間，空無一人，店門口則貼出店內「全面使用紐、澳牛肉」的公告。店員表示，現已全面採用澳洲、紐西蘭肉品，確保食品安全。<br /> <br /> <br /> 全文網址：<br /> http://udn.com/NEWS/NATIONAL/NATS5/6952637.shtml<br />
