We can confirm that we do ship to Taiwan R.O.C.. However, NET-A-PORTER site is not officially set up to ship to Taiwan R.O.C. and therefore cannot apply the relevant taxes and duties which are automatically applied for all our other shipping destinations. Customers are able to place orders with a Taiwan R.O.C. shipping address on a TAXES AND DUTIES UNPAID BASIS. This means that when the order confirmation is shown on the NET-A-PORTER site no taxes and duties will show.
When the order arrives in Taiwan R.O.C., you will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties directly by DHL, our shipping partner. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs. We suggest you call DHL to obtain a landed cost estimate before accepting these terms. Your local number can be found at www.DHL.com
