There are two alternate procedures we use for banks that do not verify with us. In the first we ask that you send us, by fax (1-803-275-1523) or by email, the following information:
1. a copy of a photo ID for the cardholder (passport, drivers license, or state identification) AND
2. a copy of the last bank statement for this credit card showing the banks name, the cardholder`s name and address, and the last 4 digits for this credit card (all other sensitive information may be blocked out)
OR, in the second (and somewhat easier option) we ask that you see if your bank will provide you the "Authorization Number Code" that they provided us when you first placed the order. The code is a 6-digit number (yours starts with a 0) and they may need the date the order was placed and the amount to locate this number.
Either of these will suffice in place of our being able to verify your name and address directly with your bank. Please note, however, that the items in your order are not being held for you while your order is still in processing status. This order will cancel 4/20 without this verification.
