I love LV as my Monogram 3 pocket coin purse works for 13 years and still in great condition. :)
(My Gucci and Fendi bags and wallets only last a year.)
My LV service experience is in Hawaii.
1) Monogram Partition -- use less than 5 times and the SNAP BUTTON became loose.
SERVICE: LV repair button at no charge and return in a month.
2) Mongogram mini pochette w/golden chain -- Very
cute cosmetic bag, I use everyday for 5 month. the COWHIDE TAG edge start to break apart.
SERVICE: LV consider the bag was under good condition when sold to me, there is US$10.00 for repair charge. But they don`t charge me as an exception. (Took 4 weeks to repair)
3) I got a Monogram mini long wallet as a surprise gift. Becasue I had same size Monogram wallet for one year only. I call LV and check if ok to exchange to a bag after 60 days. Waikiki store supervior answer that they can exchange as long as the wallet is re-sellable. (The store sold the wallet don`t exchange after 30 days)
SERVICE: LV Waikiki store sales said the wallet color fade -- can not exchange. I was so surprise about mini monogram wallet color will fade even leave in gift box for 60 days (Never Use)? Or LV sold the fade wallet to the customer? Before I levae the store, the sales said they check w/store--don`t exchange after 30 days-- and they&
