求救~英文問題

英文課上到一個Conversation

老師要我們把課本出的Oral  Practice代進Conversation
還要背起來下次上課要上台一人分飾兩角

Conversation

A：What`s  wrong?  You  look  down.
B：My  landlord  is  useless.  The  toilet  keeps  leaking  and  I`m  sick  of  it  .
I  wish  I  didn`t  live  in  such  a  terrible  place.
A：Why  don`t  you  move?
B：I  wish  I  could  afford  a  nicer  apartment.
