I  know  I  had  already  posted  the  ad  before...but  good  news  the  studio  is  still  available!  (sorry  if  I  have  caused  any  inconvenience)

Anyone  here  living  in  NY?

I  am  currently  renting  a  cozy  studio  in  Chelsea  located  on  23rd  and  7th  ave,  five  blocks  away  from  FIT.  Both  1  train  and  ACE  train  are  located  on  each  end  of  the  st,  very  convenient  and  close  to  everything. 

The  studio  is  in  a  well  maintained  building.  Hardwood  floor,  good  sunlight,  24  hr  doorman,  super  and  manager  on  site  and  laundry  is  located  in  the  basement. 
The  rent  is  $1100  a  month  after  splitting  two  ways,  utilities  are  included.  Available  to  move  in  end  of  Jan  or  before.  You  will  be  responsible  for  1  month  rent  +  security  deposit  ($1100)  upon  move  in. 



I  would  like  to  find  a  clean,  responsible,  and  mature  female  roommate  to  share  the  studio  with  me.  Students  or  young  professionals  are  welcome.  If  anyone  is  interested  and  would  like  to  see  the  apt  or  have  any  questions  please  reply  to  schiu12@gmail.com
