Can  I  change  the  appointment/reservation  that  I  made  with  you  to  7  o`clock?

I  have  an  important  meeting  at  6  o`clock.

1.  I  would  like  to  change  the  appointment  to  7  o`clock  with  you  due  to  I  have  an  important  meeting  at  6  o`clock.
Or
2.Due  to  I  have  an  important  meeting  at  6  o`clock.  Therefore,  I  would  like  to  change  the  appointment  to  7  o`clock.  Sorry  about  the  inconvenience.
