英文好的美女們幫幫我

我打算參加一個公益T-shirt的設計競賽
 
然後主辦單位是`財團法人羅慧夫盧言基金會之類的`
 
是給兔唇,天生顏面殘商的小朋友
 
我的標題很大同小異
 
我一開始是想說``  it`s  your  world,  get  to  express  your  loves`
 
but  my  dad  said  it  doesn`t  make  sense  (  ha).
 
下面是我想到的
 
1.the  love  you  hand  could  change  the  world

2.the  love  you  hand  could  make  their  dream  come  ture

3.one  way  to  get  the  most  out  of  life  is  to  share  the  love  you  have

4.caring  is  a  new/  small  step  to  make  their  dream  come  ture

5.the  power  of  caring,  which  have  the  potential  to  make  their  dream  come  ture

我怎麼看都覺得文法怪怪的,而我文法又是最差的部分XP

請大家幫我看看,當然如果你們有更好的想法也希望可以提供出來
