想請教有在美國亞馬遜買過為他命的水水，今天收到一封信，他要我寄
an  import  license  from  the  National  Laboratories  of  Food  and  Drugs,  Department  of  Health.
有水水之到這啥東西嗎?要去哪裡申請阿???
整個頭大，以經下訂單可以取消嗎?
