我想...這樣可能會更加  grammatically  correct  一點 
(不過我也沒學過文法，所以有錯請指正)

A:Good    morning.  This    is    John    Fox    with    ABC    Company.    May    I    help    you?
B:Good    morning.  This    is    Jenny.    May    I    speak    to    Miae  please?
A:I`m    sorry,    she`s    in  a  meeting    right    now.
B:  May    I    leave    a    message?
A:  Sure,    please    wait    a    moment.    Ok,  please  go  ahead.
B:  My  name  is  Jenny.  Please  let  Miae  know  that  I    want  to  talk  to  her  about  some    details    of    tomorrow`s    meeting,  and  it  would  be  great  if  she  could  call  me  back.  Thank  you.
A:  OK,  I`ll    tell    her    that    you    called.
B:Thank    you. 

A:I`m  sorry,  she`s  in  a  meeting  right  now.

B:This  is  Jenny,  I  would  like  to  talk  about  some  details  of  the  meeting  tomorrow.
Please  call  me  back.  That`s  all.  Thank    you
