請問有關美國留學student visa F1 簽證快過期了~

應該可以直接在美國辦,  你可以找台灣在美辦事處詢問,  網址是　http://www.tw.org/teco/teco.html

there  are  two  issues  here...

1.  visa  expiration  date.  This  is  the  last  date  that  you  can  use  the  visa  to  enter  the  U.  S.  If  you  want  to  re-enter  the  U.S.  after  your  F-1  visa  expired,  you  will  need  to  obtain  a  new  F-1  visa  before  returning.

2.  the  authorized  stay  date  on  your  I-94.  If  your  I-94  states  that  your  status  as  F1  and  "D/S"  (duration  of  status)  and  you  have  been  maintaining  your  F1  status,  you  are  here  legally.  Hence,  no  need  to  get  a  new  F-1  visa.

學校應該都有國際學生辦公室      可以直接去問他們    他們都知道要怎麼辦  應該也會告訴你該怎麼辦   

我知道的是  有的會發證明給你  然後自己再把證明跟護照一起寄到最近的台灣駐地辦公室就可以辦延簽了

你不要出竟就沒關係

沒錯!  只要你的I20沒過期  就沒關係

因為我的學生簽證也是在我畢業前過期  that`s  why  i  know.

但是保險一點:  talk  to  someone  in  the  international  office  of  your  school.  :)
