有人知道嗎?已通過paypal認證,但還是無法順利付款?

已付過1.95元,也已通過認證,但還是沒法付款,我向信用卡公司問過2次,他們都說沒問題,應該是系統沒連絡上,但我試了好幾天都是失敗的,該如何解決呢?
以下是付款失敗後顯示的英文,有人知道問題出在哪嗎?
We  were  unable  to  verify  the  credit  card  you  are  using  with  this  transaction.  Please  check  that  the  credit  card  information  you  originally  provided  PayPal  is  still  correct.
