X`mas New Year non-pub party?

anyone  know  if  there`s  any  good  party  in  Taipei  that`s  not  in  pubs?
cuz  I  have  some  friends  who  are  not  18  yet,  but  we`re  also  looking  for  some  nice  parties...
or  some  pubs  that  are  for  all  ages?
