緊急求救－paypal更換信用卡後無法付款的問題*_*

我原本申請paypal上的信用卡因升等而取消
所以在paypal上依說明於Profile  Summary中Financial  Information的Credit  Cards中增加Add新的信用卡並設為“主要Primary”
但昨天在ebay上要用paypay付款時卻出現以下的錯誤詢息..而無法完成付款程序
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
The  amount  of  this  transaction  exceeds  your  remaining  sending  limit  and  cannot  be  processed  at  this  time.  You  will  need  to  add  and  confirm  your  bank  account  to  remove  this  limit.  Once  your  bank  account  has  been  added  and  confirmed,  you  can  continue  this  payment.  Add  your  bank  account  information  below.
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝

要求我：Add  Taiwanese  Bank  Account

This  payment  cannot  be  funded  with  your  credit  card.（因為找不到paypay上新增為主要的信用卡吧?!）

我也試著在paypal網頁進入Send  Money..點選ebay交易..輸入自己ebay帳號及密碼..
卻無法找到我在ebay上的交易紀錄

We  did  not  find  any  items  that  require  payment  at  this  time.

請問可有朋友曾經在paypal更換信用卡..或曾遇過相同狀況..
我看了paypal上的Q&A..仍找不到答案..
天啊~~~快瘋了..
