On 00/00 (日期) I made a purchase on VS online shopping of amount $00. Later I found out that you company have charged twice on my credit card for the same purchase. I have to inform you that it is illegal and unprofessional to make such mistake. 
The purchase at 00:00(時間) 00/00 (日期) with $00 is correct. 
The purchase at 00:00(時間) 00/00 (日期) with $00 is false and need to be corrected. 
Please correct the indicate mistake within 3 days or I may have to report your company to XXXX (信用卡公司) and take legal action against your company.

我寫的比較嚴峻一點，因為我不知道VS公司的規模大小•不過有信譽的公司應該都會退款•

I ordered a pair of shoes and clothes from your website recently(data??) and made the payment via my credit card.  After checking the account of my credit card, I found out that you charged the payment TWICE to my credit card by mistake.  

Please verify it and cancel one of payment.  Should you have any question, please email me at (email address).

I wouls like to receive the notice of payment cancellation from you in three days.  Or I will be forced to contact my credit card company and have it stop the payment transferring.
