the reant is really high in manhanttan. If you live in queens or Brooklyn will be much cheaper. Besides, sometimes the owner will require your credits.

Yeah, the leasing consultants are gonna check you and your credit upside down.
Believe me, if you don`t have good credit, it is really difficult to go thru things like that.
