You mean Herve Chapelier. It is a French brand. Most of their bags are made of Nylon. They come in many colors and sizes. I have 2 of their bags. I use one of them as school bag. It is pretty big you can put a lot of stuff. A lot of people use these bags as school bag here at my school.
