我大概是寫請問他是否是缺貨所以沒寄出一樣?  還是有其他原因所以沒送達。
還有請問他們如何處理這個未出貨的商品？和何時我可以收到退款。

Hello,
I  received  the  products  that  I  ordered  on  website.
Seeing  as  the  缺貨的品名  you  didn`t  packed  into.  Is  it  out  of  stock?  Or  other  reasons  it  didn`t  not  send  out? 
If  so,  how  do  you  proceed  this  undelivered  product?  When  can  I  get  the  refund? 
Please  let  me  know  and  thank  you?
