Cusotmers  can  be  VIP  if  they  buy  NTD5000  or  abvoe  one  time.  The  VIP  card  can  get  10%  discount.  And  it  has  some  special  promotion  sometimes.  Do  you  know  US  has  similar  rule  or  not?
