Is  there  Sephora  in  Montreal?  If  there  is,  Sephora  carries  Cellex-C  products.
As  for  Skin  Ceuticals,  I  think  the  only  way  to  get  them  is  from  some  online  stores  in  the  US.

I`ve  ordered  skinceutical  stuff  from  this  website  and  the  prices  are  pretty  good.  but  since  the  Canadians  are  so  cheap,  they  will  charge  you  a  certian  amount  of  duties.

Neostrata  has  a  different  product  line  in  Canada  and  in  the  US.  The  Canadian  line  mostly  contains  Glycolic  acid.
you  can  find  the  American  line  from  the  website  as  well.

Unfortunately  you  have  to  pay  tax  if  you  order  stuff  from  www.skin-etc.com  (plus  $5  shipping&handling)

I  live  in  Toronto  so  it  might  be  different  in  Montreal?..
and  it  takes  a  long  time  to  receive  the  products  cuz  Canada  customs  will  open  the  package  and  check  the  content  of  it.  =(
I  had  to  wait  about  3  weeks  to  get  the  package.
but  the  products  ARE  cheaper  than  other  websites.


Why  did  you  have  to  pay  $25  for  mailing?  I  thought  ppl  usually  pay  the  fee  when  they  pay  for  the  products?  that`s  weird.

you  have  to  pay  the  tax  when  you  pick  up  your  package  from  the  post  office.
It`s  the  Canadian  customs  that  will  charge  you  tax/duties,  not  the  online  store.
Most  likely,  the  Canadian  customs  will  open  the  package  and  estimate  the  value  of  the  products,  and  ask  you  to  pay  tax  for  it.  So  it  depends  on  the  customs  how  much  they  want  to  tax  you.

and  in  Ontario  there  is  a  5-dollar  handling  fee  charged  by  the  post  office  too.

for  the  website  I  provided  above,  in  order  to  avoid  taxes,  they  will  claim  that  the  product  value  is  "zero"  when  they  mail  you  the  package.
But  unfortunatly  the  Canada  customs  will  most  likely  open  up  the  package,  so  the  amount  of  tax  you  have  to  pay  will  be  based  on  their  estimate  of  the  product  value.
But  from  my  experience,  the  product  vale  that  the  customs  estimates  was  less  than  its  real  value,  so  the  tax  you  have  to  pay  will  be  less  than  what  you  "really  should  pay".

可是我都沒有付任何的  tax  啊???
郵局也沒有跟我收錢啊~

原來包裹寄到加拿大會被海關拆開再估稅哦？還好之前我媽想寄維他命和保養品給我，我叫她乾脆不要寄了，那些東西原本就不便宜了，再加上稅不曉得要多付多少錢。@_@

真搞不懂，東西又不是在加拿大買的，為什麼要加稅呀？

郵局人說,因為包裝舊舊的<不是新東西>
海關就不會拆開檢查=抽關稅

所以如果是自己朋友家人寄東西,就不會抽<我已經收過四樣東西=大大小小>
如果是訂購商品=包裝精美標示又清楚=海關就會抽稅
