可以厚敷妮維雅霜保濕  保濕度很好 而且B5也能修護皮膚受損的地方 真的超好用~~

有修護力的抗老霜可以選HR黑繃帶、白繃帶乳霜～
這兩罐非常有名而且效果都有感
