天熱 中午吃了碗綠豆薏仁 湯湯水水的 消消暑<br /> 冷氣機運轉的時間 也愈來愈長了 

如果不出門   一直坐在電腦前吹電扇  <br /> <br /> <br /> 就會覺得天都還OK<br /> <br /> 可是一出門真的是熱死人<br /> <br /> 回來得強電扇+冷氣<br />

是的<br /> <br /> 三孔的電壓110V  不能用220的<br /> <br /> 我去全聯買的是鬆餅粉  因為有不同的牌子<br /> <br /> 我就選有一個也可以做銅羅燒的<br /> <br /> 一幫粉號像是52-55之間吧<br /> <br /> 牛奶是買低脂的<br /> <br /> 本以為會做失敗    沒想到很簡單<br /> <br /> 但剛開始可以熱一下機    不熱機要5分鐘<br /> <br /> 續用大概3分鐘<br />
