亂世用重典。<br /> 一年5個，執行度不高......<br /> 無嚇阻意義，去新加坡看看。

這不是因為被判死刑的太少嗎?<br /> 跟之前遊樂場殺小孩的犯人說的一樣<br /> 在台灣殺1.2各人不會判死的<br /> 而且就算判死執行也拖超久<br /> 根本就不讓人害怕吧

台灣是沒有廢死<br /> 但被判死的越來越少<br /> 真正執行的也是屈指可數<br /> 所以才會越來越有恃無恐<br /> 若真要廢死~可以!!<br /> 但要讓這些罪證確鑿的惡犯<br /> 接受生不如死但又求死不得的酷刑<br /> 讓他嚐嚐受害者的痛苦<br /> 以牙還牙以眼還眼<br /> 才是真正適用於這些惡犯的懲罰<br /> <br /> 難道政府非要等到有人執行非法正義才肯正視這個問題嗎!?

拜託<br /> 誰要看這些人苟延殘喘<br /> 什麼叫做一槍斃命就沒事了<br /> 就是要讓它們這些人知道死的害怕<br /> 這人的理論  能看嗎?

雖然沒有廢死<br /> <br /> 但是法官都判太輕<br /> <br /> 所以隨機殺人才會接連發生阿!!<br /> <br /> 若是殺一個就判死刑  至少也有嚇阻的作用

我覺得這跟社會型態的轉變有關<br /> 很多有病的人都不去治療<br /> 家人也漠不關心<br /> 導致病態的人在路上亂來<br /> 跟有沒有死刑一點關係都沒有~
